Having trouble logging into Scholastic?
Your browser cache may be full. Please follow the four steps and photos below to resolve the issue (We are using Google Chrome in this example.).
- Click on the three dot menu in the top-right corner
- Click on "Delete browsing data"
- Select "All Time" and "Cached files and data"
- Deselect "Browsing History" and "Cookies and other site data"
Following the above steps should ensure that you only clear the browser cache without losing passwords or fields that auto-populate, and should work for all affected computers. Please let us know if you have any issues launching Scholastic Digital
